Contact Filters: Filter by Messages

Kizen allows us to filter by Messages at the Contact Object level.

Filtering by Messages can help us understand the level of engagement a broadcast or sent email received.

Filter by Messages

1. Navigate to Data > Contacts.
   
   
   
   
2. Click into your Filter.
3. Click into the Choose Filter dropdown.
4. Select Messages.
   
   
   
   
5. Sort by Any Message or Specific Message.
   
   
   
   
6. By selecting Specific Message, you will be prompted to Choose Message from Library.
   
   
7. Choose Message Status from the dropdown.
