Kizen allows you to filter within your organization's Contacts by virtually any piece of information living on your Contacts' records, including fields, specific messages (i.e., from email Broadcasts, automations), forms, scheduled & logged activities, etc.
- Click Data
- Click Contacts
- Click into the three line, funnel icon
- Choose Filter
- Select Filter Type & fill criteria
- Click Apply Filter
- Enter Filter Group Name if you are planning to save this filter group for future reference
- Click Save Group to save your filter
- Saved Filter Groups can be referenced in the All Records dropdown located in the top left corner
