Dashboards: Share Dashboards

Dashboard Overview

Dashboards are a powerful tool used to consolidate Kizen data insights. Dashlets can be organized into a separate dashboards for specific roles or reporting purposes.

Create your own personalized Dashboard or share a Dashboard with other Team Members.

Share a Dashboard

  1. Click on Dashboard
  2. Click on Dashboard name or dropdown arrow
  3. Click on Edit Dashboard2022-10-21_14-33-31.jpg
  4. Click the ... under Actions for the dashboard you would like to share access to 
  5. Click Edit mceclip3.png
  6. Select the desired Sharing Settings
    • Hint: "All Team Members" will share the selected access level with every user in your account. "Specific Roles" will share the selected access level with every user associated with the chosen role. "Specific Team Members" will share the selected access level with only the users selected.
  7. Click Save                mceclip5.png     

Request Dashboard Access

  1. Click on Dashboard
  2. Click on Dashboard name or dropdown arrow
  3. Click on Edit Dashboard2022-10-21_14-33-31.jpg
  4. Click on Dashboard Access Requests mceclip0.png
  5. Click the ... under Actions for the dashboard you would like to request access to
  6. Click Request Access mceclip1.png
  7. Select the dashboard admin you are requesting access from
  8. Select the Access Level for your request

  10. The Dashboard Admin will receive an email to Grant
