If you have a Contact's mobile phone number, you can text them.
Your company phone number will have be automatically generated when you send your company's first text to a contact. The phone number text messages are sent from can be viewed in Settings > Business Settings > Notification Text Number. This number is automatically assigned by Kizen.
Text a Contact
To send a text to one contact, follow the steps below.
- Select Data from the top menu bar
- Click Contacts
- Select the contact you would like to text
- Select Text Message from the Action Block
- Type your message and click Send

Click on Insert Merge Field to personalize your text message to the contact.
Text a Contact Group
You can send a text to multiple contacts at once using a Contact Group. Follow the steps below to send a text to multiple contacts:
- Select Data from the top menu bar
- Click Contacts
- Select the V icon next to All Contacts and choose the Contact Group you would like to text
- Select the V icon next to Perform Action
- Select Send Text
- Select the Group you would like to text and click Next
- Type your message and click Next
- Review the Contacts you are texting and Text Message Body, then click Confirm to send the text message
