Records can be added to Kizen in three ways:

  2. Quick add a record
  3. Mass upload records through a .CSV file

Records can be added manually, one at a time, using these steps:

  Hint

Use the Match Records section of the upload record process to control which data points are included in the upload.

  • CSV Field: the Don't Upload option will not upload this field into Kizen
  • Conflict Resolution:
    • Only Update Blank: If a matching record name exists in Kizen today, only records that have this field blank in Kizen today will be updated.
    • Overwrite Fields: If a matching record name exists in Kizen today, the information in this field will be changed to what is included in your .CSV file.
