Utilize Zapier

Zapier is a third party tool that allows you to integrate Kizen with any applications you currently use. Commonly used integrations include Dialpad, Google Sheets, Gmail, Calendly, Facebook, Shopify, Slack and Google Calendar.

Connect Your Kizen Account

  1. Click here to connect to your Zapier account 
  2. Click Accept Invite & Build a Zap mceclip0.png
  3. Click + Create Zap mceclip1.png
  4. Type Kizen in the Search Bar
  5. Click Kizen (3.0.7) mceclip2.png
  6. Choose a Trigger Event
  7. Click Continue mceclip4.png
  8. Click + Connect a new account mceclip5.png
  9. A pop-up window should appear mceclip6.png
  10. Open Kizen, click the Profile Icon 
  11. Click My Profile mceclip7.png
  12. If you have previously generated an API key, click the 3 dots under the Actions column mceclip1.png
  13. Select View API Key mceclip2.png
  14. If you have not previously generated an API Key, click + Add API Key mceclip3.png
  15. Copy the API Key, Business ID, and User ID into the corresponding parameter value in the pop-up window
  16. Click Save mceclip4.png
  17. Click Continue mceclip5.png
  18. Click Test trigger mceclip6.png
  19. Click Continue mceclip7.png
